The traditional school system not only failed my generation, it fucked us to pieces. It made us exceptional at doing what we are told and not asking questions.

Growing up, the kids who were put on a pedestal were those good at memorizing poorly written textbooks and filling in the “right” bubbles on a scantron sheet.
